What is the Federal Beta?
The Federal Beta is our early-access enrollment window for the Federal Docket Clerk Certification. It is limited to 5 Practice Partner law firms and 25 individual professionals. Beta participants help shape the final program and receive preferred pricing locked for life.
How much does it cost?
The Federal Docket Clerk Certification is $3,800 per seat. Beta pricing is available at $2,995 per seat for law firms and individuals who enroll during the Beta window.
Do you offer volume or multi-seat pricing for law firms?
Yes. Law firms enrolling
3 or more seats receive volume benefits including a dedicated onboarding session, a printed Companion Guide set, early platform access, and Strategic Education Partner (SEP) designation. Contact us at

What does the certification include?
A 4-course track covering federal court structure, civil litigation lifecycle, deadline calculation, and a capstone certification exam. Every course is open-book, rule-first, and judgment-driven. All assignments receive individualized grading with detailed feedback.
Is this for individuals or just law firms?
Both. Individual professionals can enroll independently. Law firms can purchase multi-seat packages for their docketing and litigation support teams.
When does the program start?
Federal Beta enrollment opens June 15, 2026. Seats are limited and will close when the Beta cap is reached or on September 15, 2026, whichever comes first.
